Get ready to play a key role in our Revenue Operations Team.
You will play a key role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of our business to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker and a deep understanding of business processes and operations. You will be working closely with various departments to streamline operations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives - so teamwork is key.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support data-driven decisions are essential for this role. As an ideal candidate, you will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities are:
Implement key metrics and KPIs for both, Sales & Marketing, Customer success.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify trends, areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
Technical and Business Owner for the Sales & Marketing Tech stack in partnership with Senior Revenue Operations Manager. .
Constantly analyse and optimise these key metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
Analysis of both commercial and product data sets to create revenue opportunities.
Prepare and present operational reports for the commercial leadership team
Support alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success teams towards common revenue goals
Optimise processes to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs
Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organisation
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Support to create and implement strategies and policies for company growth
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with various departments to drive operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in Revenue Operations or Business Operations, preferably in the B2B SaaS Sector
Fluency in English and German, French is nice to have.
Strong expertise with CRM systems (preferable Salesforce & Hubspot) and business intelligence tools
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office Suite, particularly Excel/Sheets
Solid understanding of the internal lead to cash process and value flow
Experience with Salesforce & Hubspot (technical skills are mandatory)
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
High level of initiative, self-discipline and good self-organisation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
