YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE

Get ready to play a key role in our Marketing Team. You will work closely with operations and other teams regularly. 

As a digital marketing manager, you will be a driver of paid digital marketing efforts supporting our PLG and sales motions to drive and capture demand and revenue growth, by designing, implementing, measuring, and optimising scaled digital campaigns across user segments and funnels. You will create a strong paid marketing program by focusing on user experience and channel optimization. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing search engine optimization (SEO) to optimize organic marketing performance.

  • Maintain, execute, and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics with Google Ads and other search platforms.

  • Provide recommendations for optimal strategies for most relevant keywords, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, etc

  • Provide and implement creative copy recommendations and graphical ad templates.

  • Leverage first-party and third-party data for targeting and insights

  • Manage and optimise keyword lists. Continually review and update performing and non-performing keywords. Optimise keywords in multiple campaigns to drive performance.

  • As appropriate, negotiate and form relationships with media partners to acquire cost-effective marketing placements.

  • Conduct post-buy analysis and reconciles invoices with all media to ensure our partners are delivering what’s contracted.

  • Maintain data integrity within Google Tag Manager

  • Manage and maintain data integrity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting

  • Implement and optimise day-to-day management of budgets and bids

  • Keep pace with search engine industry trends and developments.

  • Collaborate and manage with content marketing and other teams to ensure sound SEO strategies

  • Generate, analyze, and present weekly and monthly reports to determine the areas of improvement

  • Build reporting that can be used for attribution, and predictive modeling.

  • Provide metrics against targeted KPIs (e.g. ROAS, CPA, CPC goals)

YOUR PROFILE
  • 5+ years of work experience in paid search engine marketing (SEM) including paid search paid social, and SEO.

  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience.

  • Fluent in English and German; French is nice to have.

  • Understanding of both the European and US markets. 

  • Deep expertise in Hubspot marketing automation, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and best practices (targeting, ad formats, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementally).

  • Technical paid digital knowledge (understanding of Conversion API, bidding strategies, audience management).

  • Experience articulating requirements to product, operations, and other teams to facilitate technical workstreams.

  • User experience sensibility.

  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to analyze trends and decipher actionable insights from data.

  • Experience driving experimentation roadmaps to continuously optimize and improve campaigns.

  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player, able to coordinate among multiple teams across the organisation.

  • Data-driven with strong business acumen.

  • Deep understanding of personas and the buyer’s journey.

  • Creative and resourceful.

  • Able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
