YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE

Get ready to play a key role in our Marketing Team. You will work closely with sales, product, and other teams regularly. 

As a content marketing manager, you will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality, engaging content and owning and driving our primary social media channels. The content stream that you manage and generate will add value for prospects, customers, sales, and other business stakeholders. You will ensure that Wire content builds brand and problem awareness, engages the buyer journey, and supports our sales plays. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing search engine optimization (SEO) to optimize organic marketing performance.

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand voice, market segments, technical audience, personas, and customer journey.

  • Content Creation: Produce various types of content, including blog posts, sales materials, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts and social-optimized content formats (carousels, short videos, etc.) - with the support of our Design team.

  • Social Posting: You will own our social media channels, ensure that we have a consistent flow of engaging organic content, track and report on channel growth, engagement, and other key metrics.

  • Spokesperson Development: You will provide the support to unlock the potential of our key spokespeople across the organisation, helping them become consistent and potent content co-creators and social posters.

  • SEO Optimization: You will be a key partner in executing our SEO strategy along with our digital marketing manager. You will consistently optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.

  • Content Calendar: Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all channels.

  • Audience Research: participate in research together with product management, product marketing, and other stakeholders to understand our target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor content accordingly.

  • Content Curation: Ensure key content is regularly reviewed, stays relevant, and is properly versioned.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop test & learn strategies, track and analyze content performance, share and ensure utilisation of learnings.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously refine our content strategy based on data-driven insights.

YOUR PROFILE
  • 5+ years of work experience in content marketing, copywriting, or similar roles.

  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience.

  • Fluent in English and German; French is nice to have.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and formats.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) - ideally HubSpot.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and other content distribution channels.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.

  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player, able to coordinate among multiple teams across the organisation

  • Data-driven with strong business acumen

  • Deep understanding of personas and the buyer’s journey

  • Creative and resourceful

  • Able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution
