YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE
As our Email Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into customers through targeted email, outbound, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns. Working closely with sales, demand generation, and product teams, you will execute multi-channel campaigns that engage enterprise buyers across long and complex sales cycles.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Lead Nurturing & Multi-Channel Campaigns
Develop and implement email, ABM, and outbound campaigns tailored to different industries, buyer personas, and funnel stages.
Leverage LinkedIn, direct mail, and paid retargeting alongside email to engage decision-makers effectively.
Design data-driven nurture workflows in HubSpot, improving engagement and conversion rates.
Align email and outbound strategies with sales-led and product-led growth initiatives.
Marketing Automation & ABM Execution
Build highly personalized sequences for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM outreach campaigns.
Optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and data enrichment within HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Work closely with sales and SDR teams to optimize the marketing-to-sales handoff.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
Track, analyze, and improve email and outbound KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
Provide data-backed insights to refine campaign strategies continuously.
Freemium & Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing
Partner with the product team to execute banner campaigns in our freemium product, optimizing for activation and conversion.
Leverage freemium usage data to trigger highly relevant email sequences that guide users toward paid plans.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Initiatives
Work closely with sales, product, and demand generation teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
Support broader marketing campaigns, including webinars, content marketing, and paid acquisition efforts.
