  • Previous working experience: 6+ years in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry 

  • Working hours: 40 hours/week

  • Working Location: Berlin

  • Reports to: Vice President of People and Culture

  • Desired start date: As soon as possible 

YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE

Get ready to play a key role in our People Team. As a Senior Recruiter at Wire, you will partner closely with hiring managers, team leads, and senior leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all departments. You will help shape the future of Wire’s hiring infrastructure and candidate experience.

You will:

  • Develop and execute strategic, data-driven hiring plans across technical and non-technical departments

  • Build efficient, structured recruiting processes with clear ownership, quality controls, and meaningful KPIs

  • Drive the use of recruiting tools and platforms (e.g. Personio, LinkedIn) and explore AI to enhance sourcing, automation, and reporting
    Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends, and deliver on headcount goals

  • Contribute to broader People initiatives, including employer branding, talent market insights,  and talent planning

YOUR PROFILE
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth, international tech or SaaS environments

  • Strong sourcing expertise, including proactive outreach and use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-based sourcing technologies

  • Proven ability to design and execute hiring strategies across technical and non-technical roles

  • Experience building structured recruitment processes, with clear metrics, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers, team leads, and executives

  • Proactive and ownership-driven personality, with a passion for improving processes and enabling hiring excellence in a lean and collaborative environment

  • Fluent in both German and English – strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential. Knowledge of French or other languages is a plus
