YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning resources to ensure the successful execution of our commercial strategy. With a strong focus on speed and efficiency, you will collaborate closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and oversee initiatives that span multiple lines of business. Your experience within the German public sector and European critical national infrastructure will be crucial in driving these projects to success.
Your main responsibilities are:
Project Coordination: Ensure seamless execution of the commercial strategy by coordinating GTM teams across various lines of business.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Resource Management: Pull together the necessary resources to support commercial initiatives, driving efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Execution: Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure objectives are met with speed and precision.
Public Sector Expertise: Leverage your experience in the German public sector and European critical national infrastructure to navigate regulatory and operational complexities.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of projects, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to project delivery.
